Mr Seckold is an experienced mining executive who has spent more than 40 years in the full-time management of natural resource companies, both in Australia and overseas. Mr Seckold is currently Chairman of ASX Listed Nickel Industries Limited, Alpha HPA Limited, Fulcrum Lithium Limited and Sky Metals Limited.
Mr Mitchell is an experienced corporate finance executive with over 25 years of experience in the venture capital and equity capital markets, leading capital raisings and M&A transactions in the mining, energy, technology and life sciences sectors.
He has been involved in the founding, financing and management of both private and publicly-listed companies, including as a director of ASX listed lithium explorer/developer Red Dirt Metals Ltd (RDT), now named Delta Lithium Ltd (DLI), and is also currently the Executive Chairman of ASX gold explorer Javelin Minerals Ltd (JAV) and Non-Executive Director of Imagion Biosystems Ltd (IBX). Mr Mitchell is also a founder and director of Chieftain Securities Pty Ltd, a Perth based boutique Corporate Advisory and ECM firm.
Mr Passmore is a qualified geologist and experienced corporate executive having led many project acquisitions, divestments and fund raisings in the junior and mid cap resources sector over the past 20 years.
Mr Beckton has been working as a geologist for 30 years. He has extensive experience in the Australian gold industry, including in management roles. He is currently Managing Director of European Resources Ltd (ASX: ERE) and Non-Executive Director of American Rare Earths (ASX: ARR) and Cipango Japan (unlisted).
Mr Miller is an experienced Company Secretary having worked with numerous ASX listed and private companies in various industries throughout Australia. Previously, Mr Miller worked in the audit division of a leading international Audit, Tax & Advisory firm, focused on engagements across the natural resources, technology and industrial sectors. Mr Miller holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) as well as a Master of Professional Accounting.
Mr Wood has over 15 years of corporate advisory, governance and financial compliance experience in the mining and resources sector. Mr Wood was recently a Director of Grange Consulting Group Pty Ltd until it was acquired by Automic Group, where he is currently a principal and specialises in providing corporate advisory, governance, and financial compliance consulting services to a number of ASX listed and unlisted entities. Mr Wood is currently Non-Executive Director of Arika Resources Ltd and Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed entities including Caspin Resources Ltd.
Peter is a geologist with 20 years’ experience in exploration for porphyries and epithermal gold. He was involved in discovery of +1Moz Au porphyry deposit (Biely Vrch) in Slovakia and has 5 years production experience from the Rozalia gold mine in Slovakia. He was involved in exploration for rare earths in Finland, orogenic copper-gold in Austria and epithermal gold in Japan.
